POLÍTICA DEL SISTEMA DE GESTIÓN ANTISOBORNO
En Banco de Machala S.A., proveemos productos y servicios financieros, fundamentamos nuestro accionar en la ética y la prudencia. Prohibimos el soborno y la corrupción, acatamos el marco legal aplicable y los requisitos establecidos en el Sistema de Gestión Antisoborno, que está alineado a los objetivos estratégicos y es revisado para su mejora continua.
Promovemos el planteamiento de inquietudes y denuncias de buena fe o sobre la base de una creencia razonable, en confianza y sin temor a represalias y garantizamos la autoridad e independencia de la Función Antisoborno. La Función Antisoborno tiene acceso directo al Directorio y a la Presidencia Ejecutiva.
El incumplimiento de esta política y el código de ética será sancionado conforme al debido proceso.

Banco de Machala provides financial products and services, and our actions are based on ethics and prudence. We prohibit bribery and corruption, and we comply with the applicable legal framework and the requirements established in our Anti-Bribery Management System, which is aligned with our strategic objectives and is reviewed for continuous improvement.
We encourage the raising of concerns and complaints in good faith or based on a reasonable belief, in confidence and without fear of reprisals, and we guarantee the authority and independence of the Anti-Bribery Function. The Anti-Bribery Function has total Access to Board of Directors and Executive Presidency.
Failure to comply with this Policy and the Code of Ethics will be sanctioned in accordance with due process.
